How do I book a hire?
Submit an enquiry via our Enquire to Hire form on each product page or DM @hiresociety.co with your event date, dress name, and size.
We reply within 12–24 hours to confirm availability.
Where are you located?
We are based in Freshwater, Northern Beaches, NSW.
Pickup is from Freshwater and delivery is available for an additional fee.
Is cleaning included?
Yes — cleaning is included for all hires unless otherwise stated.
Please do not attempt to clean or spot treat the garment yourself.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
We are happy to organise try-ons!
If you’re unsure about sizing, please message us before booking — we’re happy to help.
What happens if I damage the dress?
Minor wear is expected.
Significant damage may incur a repair or replacement fee (see Hire Agreement).
An alternate option is to purchase our Damage Protection Add on for $15 with your hire.
How long is the hire period?
A standard hire is 4 days however we offer extended rentals for 8 days and 30 days. Delivery’s will arrive before your hire period begins.
Do you take listings?
Yes! We’d love to list your items.
